"I have been a client of PBS for more than 30yrs, ever since they took over a firm in Broken Hill. Un...der these circumstances PBS handled many difficult situations keeping the focus upon their client's business, family and creating community. In my time as their client, they have certainly led the way when I haven’t been so efficient in my accounting skills. However, they have had the patience and held a space of nonjudgement. There’s rarely been a time when I haven’t felt nervous, embarrassed, apprehensive in showing up to my appointments or getting information back to PBS to complete my financials on time. In all these years Nick Bradley has been my rock, my go to, there has never been a time that Nick hasn’t welcomed me with a huge smile, a realistic friendship hug and a positive take on getting my shit together so that he could finalize EOY financials. Feeling at ease was a natural sense in his presence. I have always left a meeting with Nick more capable and confident. From my perspective, they are a part of my extended family. Nick's kind, happy persona & cheeky smile is why these relationships have been successful in sustaining longevity in the Far West Region of Broken Hill and station people around. My perspective may be bias, however I've witnessed his service many times as clients cross over in the waiting room. He has initiated a connection that has bound bonded relationships. PBS treat their clients as family, I know this all too well when my son died 2010. I remember my shock in seeing Nick at my sons Funeral in White Cliffs. I said, ‘What are you doing here?’ He replied, ‘Why wouldn’t we be here for you?’ I was truly humbled, they had travelled from SA to WC 9yrs plus. Thats rare however remembered still. Over the years PBS has moved with the times to become more efficient and user friendly. PBS have helped me to navigate change in my business to improve my skills. Today I had a one-on-one video meeting with Szymon Dutka my new go to person for my business. Szymon spoke of why he changed to PBS. PBS advocate ‘work to live, not live to work’ for their employees and I’m sure for their clients. I’ve taken that away from today’s session and I want more of that in my work and life. I want to more efficiency in my soul trader business and today meeting with Szymon further reassured me that I have real support and a great team that are brilliant at their forte of accounting. I am to keep showing up, as they undeniably will for me. I could write more about their services and the exemplary assistance through covid times and the huge part PBS played in helping me achieve my first home loan asa soul trader in 2021. I highly recommended PBS, they are about family & living life, caring for their valued clients & staff and supporting financial stability for all in life.
