Julie Redmond

"After reading a few reviews, I decided to go with Julie. I find the whole tax thing quite intimidati...ng so I wasn't really sure what I would be up for. In Perth I used to go to H&R Block and basically they're just an "in and out" type lot and quick processing so that's what I was expecting... Julie isn't like that at all. She answered all of my (stupid) questions and was "switched on," she answered everything quickly and helped me understand the processes that I didn't understand. She put me at ease and didn't make me feel like an idiot. This was very much a human process, not a robotic one. Definitely recommend Julie!
