"I previously had my taxes done by a retired accountant for years and needed to find a new agent afte...r he was no longer willing to do my returns. As such I decided to try ITP Parramatta. This is my 3rd year getting my taxes done with them and am more than pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. They went through every possible tax compliant avenue within their means to get me a refund. Not only that but they follow a more "relational" approach to their customers by having conversations with clients and not just churning through as many as possible. I appreciate the fact that they remember and ask about life events, family, etc. It's the little things as they say. I would definitely recommend anyone reading this to use their services.
