"Rupert gave me honest and professional advice regarding my tax return. I advised him that the reason... for my visit was that I had attempted to complete the return myself and it had indicated a tax debt, therefore I was hoping an accountant would be able to review the errors I surely made and fix this. Rupert kindly informed me that he wouldn’t be able to provide me with a better outcome and that the debt owing was correct and that I was welcome to complete my own with this information to avoid paying the fee of the appointment. I appreciated the honesty when he could have easily taken my money and continued with the appointment. You don’t get many honest people anymore. I will be back the next financial year with hopefully a better return situation for him to assist with.
