H&R Block Tax Accountants - Gungahlin

"I moved over to H&R block to do my latest tax return after shopping around for a new accountant who ...could offer a lower cost. I was doing my previous tax returns with my former accountant for many years and they were highly experienced (and I really liked them personally) but in the end, I had no choice but to change accountants in order to save costs, especially with those rising expenses. My experience with H&R Block turned out to be so positive and I was happy with the lovely lady who helped me with the tax return. She was very kind, extremely knowledgeable, so responsive, so patient and so approachable. The understanding, the care and the empathy she placed on clients was so touching. I later found out that she was actually the office manager who got out of her way to help clients with their tax returns! I really want to write her name here but she told me not to as she didn't want to take any credit for the awesome experience she has given me and she'd rather let the company have it. How noble is that? True heroes like to stay in the back scene and let others have the rewards. Thank you so much, dear, for making me feel so positive about H&R block but it's YOU who made it happen. I really hope to do my next tax return with you - if not, really really really hope I get someone as great as you !!! I'll be in touch again ha! 🙂🙂🙂
