She maintains a professional and knowledgeable manner, with amazing customer service. Leaving a comfortable and pleasant experience which was relieving considering the circumstances. Sharing her knowledge, explaining & simplifying answers to any questions we had and overall being straight forward & practical setting us on the right path are simple measures she’d take to assist us. She went above and beyond to suggest other ways to assist with tax solutions. This was immensely helpful. There is only the one off fee which is reasonable, no hidden cost as others would usually charge differently. Overall our experience with Greenaway taxation & accountants was excellent and I can’t recommend enough, so glad we used this service & will be returning again 😊
