"I’ve had nothing but great service from Paula since using her services these past few years. My tax ...situation before seeing her was seriously bad. I had about 12 years of tax returns to do and the ATO was seriously and understandably on my case. Paula was the only one of a handful of tax agents I approached who was happy to help. She went out of her way to find the necessary rules relating to the previous years and diligently worked with me one by one, coaxing and patiently guiding me as we progressed. Took about a year to catch up and the outcome was great. Back on good terms with the ATO and continuing to use Paula to this very day for myself and other family members. Overall I found her to be friendly. Approachable. Helpful. Technically competent. And reasonable rates. I would recommend Paula and ATSqld.
